LineME may collect queue names, locations, join codes, visitor position details, manager account details, and contact information when it is needed for notifications or support.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage queues, show live positions, estimate wait times, send service updates, improve reliability, and protect the app from misuse.

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate LineME, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, email, or SMS delivery.

How long we keep information

Queue activity should be kept only as long as needed for operations, audit, support, or legal requirements. Future account settings should allow teams to control retention where practical.

Your choices

Visitors can choose not to provide optional contact details, though some notifications may not work without them. Managers can request updates or deletion of account information by contacting support.
